    Q: When should I create a help or support request?

    A: This support desk is to help you with any technical issues or with this website or any of the products contained within. This help desk is NOT meant to try to contact us directly to discuss coaching, mentoring or any of our other services.

    Q: When will I get a response?

    A: It normally takes up to 2 business days to get a response. During holidays or special promotions, response time may be slower as our team is often traveling or doing media in coordination with those promotions. Please understand that we are working to fulfill your request as quickly as we can. If you have a delay in your response time or this is an emergency, you can emailĀ Support@HowToDoCrowdfunding.com

    Q: I cannot login or lost password.

    A: When a member loses their username or password, they can always use the “Lost Password” feature on the WordPress login page. Remember that log in details are case sensitive so be sure your caps lock is not on. You created your log in and password when you signed up for the site. We suggest you check your e-mails for a confirmation of your log in details. Again, if you have forgotten your password you can send a request from the log in page.

    Q: The video is not loading

    A: The videos are server based at Amazon S3 and stream at 512 kbps. We use the latest in Cloud front technology to ensure the best streaming possible, this means playback speed and loading time will depend mostly on your internet connection. If the video is buffering or taking time to catch up press the pause button and allow the file to load completely before playing again.

    Q: I cannot see any of the training

    A: The main training programs are located on the training page. Only full access members can view both the step by step training programs. You can upgrade to a full access membership from within the website or if you have already paid for this access then you may contact our support staff by submitting a ticket.
